$0.82 per pound on carcass weight

$0.89 per pound for ANY boneless

LAMBS AND GOATS

VEAL

PORK

$300.00 each (up to 300 lbs. liveweight) Includes complete processing, smoked meats and fresh bulk sausage (up to 20 pounds fresh bulk sausage) over 20 pounds, link and smoked sausages are additional.

SAUSAGES

Fresh sausages included with your pork order are: up to 20 lbs. (bulk regular breakfast, hot breakfast, maple breakfast and chorizo).

SERVICES

All processed order's are double wrapped, labeled, frozen solid and boxed.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR:

  • Bratwurst (hot/mild) links at .50 lb.

  • Italian (hot/sweet links) at .50 lb.

  • Regular, hot, jalepeno & cheese, pepperjack or black pepper garlic summer sausage at $12.00 per approx. 3lb. stick

  • Regular, black pepper, teriyaki or Jalepeno snack sticks at $7.00 lb.

  • Regular, hot or teriyaki jerky at $15.00 lb.
